• Website development, maintenance, and optimization.
• Digital consulting and software support.

3. Account Obligations

• Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating accounts or purchasing services.
• Clients are responsible for securing their account credentials.
• Any misuse, illegal content, or unauthorized activity on hosted websites will result in suspension or termination of services.

4. Payment and Billing

• Service fees are billed monthly or annually, as per the client agreement.
• Failure to pay invoices within 14 days of the due date may result in service suspension.
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. Service Uptime and Maintenance

Mecha Tech LLC aims for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

6. Liability Limitations

Mecha Tech LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days' written notice. A backup of hosted data will be provided upon request.
